Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities and districts across Bangladesh, including:
- Dhaka (All areas)
- Chittagong
- Sylhet
- Rajshahi
- Khulna
- Barisal
- Rangpur
- And all other districts
For remote areas, delivery may take additional time. Please contact us to confirm delivery availability for your location.
Delivery Time
Standard Delivery
- Dhaka City: 1-3 business days
- Other Major Cities: 3-5 business days
- District Areas: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Express Delivery
For urgent orders, we offer express delivery service (available in selected areas):
- Dhaka City: Same day or next day delivery
- Other Cities: 1-2 business days

Free Delivery
Free delivery on orders above ą§³5,000 for all areas within Bangladesh.
Standard Delivery Charges
- Dhaka City: ą§³80 - ą§³120 (depending on weight)
- Other Cities: ą§³120 - ą§³200
- District Areas: ą§³150 - ą§³300
Express Delivery Charges
Express delivery charges vary based on location and weight. Charges will be calculated and shown during checkout.
Order Processing
Once you place an order, here's what happens:
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS within 24 hours.
- Payment Verification: We verify your payment (usually within 1-2 hours).
- Order Processing: We prepare your order for shipment (1-2 business days).
- Shipping: Your order is dispatched and you receive a tracking number.
- Delivery: Your order arrives at your doorstep!
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order in real-time:
- Check your order status in "My Orders" section after logging in
- Use the tracking number sent via SMS/Email
- Contact our customer support for updates
Delivery Instructions
Important: Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address during business hours. If no one is available, our delivery partner will attempt delivery again the next day.
- Provide accurate and complete delivery address
- Include landmark or directions if needed
- Provide an active contact number for delivery coordination
- Check the package condition before accepting delivery
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- Recipient unavailable
- Contact number unreachable
We will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After that, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be contacted for alternative arrangements. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
