Return Timeframe

Standard Return Period: 7 days from the date of delivery

You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you have an additional 3 days to ship the item back to us.

How to Return an Item

  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to our return address (provided with your RA number) using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase
  • Bank Transfer: For cash on delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (account details required)
  • Store Credit: You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund (valid for 1 year)

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Color exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Different product (price difference will be adjusted)

To request an exchange, follow the same return process and specify your exchange preference. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

Important: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Do not use or attempt to repair damaged items. Keep all packaging and documentation until the issue is resolved.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order:

  • Before Shipping: Full refund will be processed within 2-3 business days
  • After Shipping: You can still cancel, but return shipping charges may apply
  • Processing Orders: Contact us immediately if your order is still being processed
